Custom Eleiko System
A custom-colored rack, cable, and storage configuration consolidates the primary strength work into a precise footprint, supported by Eleiko rotating dumbbells and performance-grade accessories.
Performance Edge planned a complete private training and recovery environment within a narrow estate footprint—starting with movement, clearance, circulation, and the client’s actual training program.
The finished space brings strength, cardio, recovery, indoor-outdoor training, and live virtual coaching into one coherent experience without allowing any single piece of equipment to dominate the room.
The equipment was specified as a system, not a showroom collection. Each selection had to support the client’s training, preserve circulation in a 13-foot-wide room, and match the material standard of the residence.

A one-off Watson Glute Blaster brings serious lower-body training capability into a furniture-grade form with custom upholstery and Bentley stitching.
The matching adjustable bench carries the same Bentley-stitched finish, creating a coherent pair rather than introducing another unrelated commercial aesthetic.
A cold plunge supplied by Chill Bunny Wellness and delivered from Australia anchors the recovery program alongside the hybrid sauna and outdoor shower.
The wraparound balcony is part of the programming. Farmers carries and other loaded movements extend outside without breaking the flow of a session.
A conference-room-style video system lets Scott coach the client remotely with a stable, room-scale view—closer to an in-person session than a phone propped against a wall.
This was a ground-up build within a Jupiter Island residence, with the brief to fit a complete training and recovery program into a room just 13 feet wide. The work began with movement, circulation, and equipment clearances before finishes or individual products were selected.
Fitting a full program — a custom hybrid sauna room, a bathroom, a cold plunge, a full equipment line, and cardio — into a room only 13 feet wide, without any of it feeling cramped or compromised.
Every inch was planned around a custom-colored and configured rack, cable, and storage system built specifically for this footprint—precision-fit rather than sized down from a bigger room's layout. The recovery program includes a cold plunge supplied by Chill Bunny Wellness and delivered from Australia.
Standard gym equipment doesn't match the level of finish in a dream home build — the client needed the gym to feel like part of the house, not a room the house tolerates.
Furniture-grade equipment throughout: a custom Watson Gym Equipment Glute Blaster and matching adjustable bench, both finished with Bentley stitching and hand-built in the UK, alongside award-winning Eleiko rotating dumbbells—pieces specified to perform at a serious level while belonging in the architecture of the home.
A gym confined to four walls limits what training can actually look like, even in a dream build — the client wanted training to extend past the room itself.
A wraparound balcony connects directly to the gym, so indoor-outdoor movements like farmers carries are part of the actual training flow, not a separate trip outside.
The client and I both needed a way to train together even when we're not in the same place.
A one-of-a-kind conference-room-style video integration system built into the space, so we can train together virtually from any distance — the same as if I were standing next to him.
Recovery deserved the same level of design as the training space—including outdoors—without giving up privacy on a property that opens onto the Intracoastal Waterway.
An outdoor shower overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, designed with privacy built in from the start—extending recovery outdoors while protecting the client from views back toward the property.
