This page explains the information practices visible in the Made From Effort and Performance Edge website. It is a plain-language summary, not a statement about information practices that are not described here. If you have a question about a submission, use the contact page.

Information you choose to provide

When you use an inquiry, estimator, coaching, or guide-request form, the fields you complete may ask for details such as your name, email address, project type, location, room or project description, training interests, and other information you choose to enter. The site sends its main project inquiry form through Basin. The estimator, coaching, and guide-request forms use Formspree. Those providers receive submitted form data to handle the form workflow; their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

Site usage and referral information

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. The site's scripts also save first-visit referral and campaign details, such as a source, campaign tag, landing page, and referrer, in browser local storage under the key pe_first_touch. Where supported, that attribution context may be added to a form submission. You can clear local storage through your browser settings; blocking scripts or storage may affect some site features.

How information is used

Information submitted through the site is used to respond to the request, review a possible project or coaching fit, provide a requested guide, or understand how visitors reach the site. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or security information in a website form unless it is necessary for your request and you are comfortable sending it through that form.

External services and links

Google Analytics, Basin, and Formspree are external services used by parts of this site. Their operation and handling of information are governed by their own current policies. The website may also link to social networks and other third-party sites; visiting those links is subject to the third party's practices. This page does not claim that every third party has the same retention, security, or privacy terms.

Questions or requests

If you want to ask about information you submitted or request that it be corrected or removed, contact Performance Edge through the project inquiry page and describe the relevant submission. A response may require enough information to identify the request. This page does not specify a fixed retention period or replace legal advice; the business should review this notice against its current operations and applicable legal requirements.

Website tools and form providers can change. This page should be reviewed whenever the site adds or removes a form, analytics tool, email platform, advertising pixel, or other service that handles visitor information. The date above indicates when this version was prepared, not a promise that every provider's terms remain unchanged.
